BI2 – Chapter Eleven

snow

So Snowmagedon is here and gone.  In its wake it left several inches of snow, ice and high winds.  The snow was thick, heavy and wet so a lot of tree branches and power outages were all over town.  I was woken up at 6:00 by College Son telling the Hubby and I that we had no power.  It was a perfect reason to roll over and go back to sleep – at least until the alarms went off on our phones.

On the upside…four more months until Spring!!

Until Spring comes I will nurse my burnt thumb.  I was making sweet potato casserole for my Holiday party at work tomorrow.  I thought the potato was cool – wrong.  It was still blazing, blinding hot.  Ugh.
